Good day! Hey what is the HCG diet ? I know for myself all I had to do in my 20's was cut down and my weight went down.......Now in my 50's everything changed! Yes I have to watch my calories...but I need to exercise a lot more!
Don't give up keep going it will work, just move alittle more and watch what kind of carbs you are eating...Try to stay with whole gains and cut down on sugar! You can do it! I am on this road too!!! Sharon
