Day 63 of new lifestyle, and I had an excellent weigh in this morning! I'm at 236.77 as of this morning. I can't wait to hit the 220's. I think it's a good goal for the end of this month.

I think it's actually easier in terms of not being tempted to eat junk food with my fiance gone. He's an athletic person and can really eat anything, and does. It's hard to stick to a calorie-restricted intake while my hubby drinks soda and eats my favorites. Ah well.

I can't say enough how much I love crockpot carnitas. I've been eating so many leftovers. It's good plain, with a low-cal tortilla, and in a salad. I'm so obsessed!

Since starting jogging two weeks ago, I'm seeing a huge difference in my legs. It is a quicker change than I saw when I was just on the elliptical and bike. I need sexy legs for summer...
