too much alcohol this weekend! yikes. didnt even realize i had had several glasses of wine each day and half a beer until i wrote it all down. probably should have replaced most of that with water...not nearly enough water recently. also, didnt realize i drink so much coffee...wondering if the caffeine has any sort of adverse effect?
