I'm a week into my induction redux. It would be nice to see a bit of movement on the scale but so far, no such luck.
And, WOW!!!, I really miss almonds! And my husband brought me blackberries, forgetting I had made the shift and I was very sad not to be able to eat them. And I miss my low carb tortillas something fierce.
I will keep it up for another week but I am sooooooo looking forward to getting back to OWL!!

I really admire people who can handle Atkins. I would go loopy. I tried low carb, at my father's insistence, back in the late 50s when I hit the massive, dress size 6. Looking back, I would love to give my dad a kick in the pants sometimes. Good luck with induction and I hope it works for you as well as it seems to work for others.

So, by going back to redux will this kick your body back to loosing?

Amber, I look at it like a cleanse. By going back on induction I reset myself into ketosis (which I don't worry about in OWL) to give myself a metabolic advantage. And, with any luck, since I have been sitting with 8 lbs to go for 9 months, I might even start losing.
