Day 55 of new lifestyle, and I've been naughty today. I gave into my craving and had a carne asada burrito. It's so easy to give into temptations. With this and being on my period, I highly doubt there's going to be any weight lost this week. I just need to get myself back on the horse and not get discouraged.

My fiance is moving to a city 2 hours from our town next week for his job. He'll be able to visit every week or so, but I'm preparing for a huge emotional roller coaster in the next week when he first leaves. We've been inseperable for four and a half years, and we've lived together for the last two. It's going to be so hard! I anticipate this going one of two ways: Either I'll get sad and lonely and binge on food to fill my emotional hole, or I'll focus whole heartedly back on exercise and nutrition to fill my time up. Hopefully, it's the latter.

In otherwise good news, I'm really into my Couch to 4K program. I'm almost done with the first week, and I surprisingly enjoy it much more than I thought I would. I'm hoping to continue an otherwise good cycle.

Tomorrow is weigh-in day. Wish my luck.
