Diet's going well... took the kids to the local amusement park today and I think I walked 5 miles and sweated off 5 lbs! The kids could have went another few hours, but I was beat! I think this qualifies as my exercise for the day, eh?

I'll say that it does. Your chart has once again started to clearly point to your goal. Try to work hard until you get under 113 and then give yourself a nice reward.

that sure is a days worth of exercise, i had told you before when i dropped down to 125 back in the day? yah, that was from a trip to disneyland, where we had almost no money left for food stuffs, so we ate lightly, healthy stuff, and we walked and walked and walked til we couldn't walk anymore. 7 days of non stop walking, eating enough to fuel our bodies and toting around a 3 yr old and an 8 month old? ten pounds literally melted off :D
