this is week 3 of weight watchers@work.I exercised 8 days in a row,kept track of everything,drank 1.5-2L of H20 daily.Only small changes in the scale which is kind of discouraging.For once I am either just below my allotted points and have exercise points,not using any extra points and barely a budge in the scales.It doesnt look like I will be down to 150 by the time I leave for Mexico. That sort of bums me out since I have really been perfect in jounaling and doing what I am supposed to. I will just keep on plugging

Keep in mind that if you are exercising 8 days in a row you are probably building muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat so try not to be so focused on the scale. See if you notice a difference in your pants and other clothes. Keep your head up!
