Well, I forgot my lunch so it looks like it's fast food day today!

Luckily I didn't eat my banana yesterday so at least I had something for breakfast!

Fast food doesn't have to be a deal breaker even if you don't feel like a salad - just keep away from the mystery grease and the sugar. At McDonalds I order a couple of their grilled chicken wraps (I throw away the thicker parts of the wrap) and an unsweetened tea. Good luck.
