It's saturday, the sun is shining and although I wanted to get an early start this morning my body apparently wanted sleep! Oh well, that just means that all my running around that I have to do will be put back a little.
Anyways last night I made delicious blueberry vegan pancakes, they were so good and filling. Even my BF liked them. Plus the miracle seemed to be my staying within my RDI. Actually been doing pretty good with that lately. Plus walking back and forth to work again in the snow and freezing cold has also seemed to help too. I believe that may be the reason I was able to beat my cold, although I still have some reminants of it.
So... Continuing on... Today like I mentioned before is the "running" around and planning day. First I need to pick three recipes from my new collection to "try". This is going to be one of my goals for the next month. To try and make different foods. All of which will be vegetarian/vegan. Combined with this goal will be meal planning. The other goal is to create an exercise plan, simple ones to do twice a day. Twith the hope that they will help decrease my stress in the upcoming craziness that is to happen at work.
Well with all that said and now my poor brain is swimming with ideas I had better get at it.
