I lost 1.3 lbs today! Hooray! I have been at 121 for 5 or 6 days and finally had a breakthrough. Was so excited to see 119.7. This gives me the motivation I needed to continue with Atkins.
I have decided to eat only until I'm full. I am also going to try and stay at or under my RDI %. I was starting to feel sick of eating, which I never thought I'd heard myself say, because of how filling everything is. I am not going to stress if I cannot get 20 net carbs in. I think everyone needs to tweak these #'s to fit their build. I have a petite 5' frame and 20 may just be too much. Am definitely going to work harder at getting more veggies in too.
This site has been a lifesaver, especially my "buddies" here. Aaawwwww. :-)
