Today is my Birthday. I am 39. I have been using P90x (the weight training DVDs) this month. This is week 4 so I am alternating Yoga with Kenpo then Core. Still haven't done the ab routine (no time).
I was following Body by Science for a twice a week workout. This helped keep me get into a shape other than round. I am trying to bet stronger and bigger but also more lean.
I am trying to eat more like a caveman (paleo) but convenience keeps winning.
As I have always said, my goal is to be healthier at 40 than I was at 30. So one year to go.
