Day 13 of lifestyle change. Oh gosh, tomorrow is WEIGH DAY. I'm so nervous. Please, please, please, scale, read lower!
I felt good after tonight's work out. My ankle feels worlds better, still a little sore or something, but I'm not limping around on it. I upped my weights, and I started a new weight machine for squats. I feel the burn, and I like feeling tight after working out. It makes me feel strong.
