I'm completely unmotivated to start my strength training, and I know how adding muscle will burn more calories. I need to get a move on with that. I'm officially adding in a program for that this weekend. You want to create a plan for that together?? Get on the 21 day challenge I'm doing (informal, on my own, not a fat secret one).
