OMG! I just started the Fat Smash Diet and I am already feeling depressed. I want protein! Ugh! I really hope I can do this. I want to do this! I have to shed these pounds. I am tired of looking and feeling this way. On the other hand, I am a little excited too because I feel that if I do this, I can conquer anything. I can do it! Wow, it's harder than I thought...

LMBO!!!! I am feeling the same way!!!!! I love Meat! 9 days don't seem long but it's long enough!!!! BUT WE CAN DO IT!!!!!!

Hang in there! Instead of meat, try to eat lots of beans, lentils and so on. It's not meat but I find they give me that satisfied feeling in my stomach. Yesterday I made my vegetable chili pot. It has lots of beans and it's delish! If u want the recipe it's on my cookbook on this site.

I started the fat smash on 1/3/10, I remained meatless until 1/16/10. Do you eat Tofu? and try eating veggie egg white omlets and egg whites that helped me. You can do it!!!!!
