A milestone reached today of having lost just over 5% of my total body weight in 7 weeks, as planned. Started Dec 1 and hugely pleased to have lost 15.1 lbs so far (from 285 lbs to 269 lbs). Worked really hard to lose what I gained on holiday but managed it. Feel like I'm well and truly back on the right track again.
