Well here I am again... spent some time this morning reading others journals. I don't think I realized before how diverse individuals are and how refreshing it is to see others being open and honest about what they are really feeling. You can live vicariously through others achievments and have your heart strings pulled when someone has not been doing well. So easy is it to say you should do this or you should do that, yet the old saying crops to mind when I read this "you can lead a horse to water, but you can not make it drink"!
Speaking of drinking of water, I've decided to join the challenge to drink 1L of H2O before every meal. Now this should be really interesting and hopefully one of the stores has toilet paper on sale because I am sure that this will be needed... LOL :)
Now here is the interesting thing that happened yesterday... first I survived my entire shift yesterday :0 ) always a good thing, then because of the snow on my walk home the snow had really come down and it made it into a mini workout. Holy crappers my legs really hurt afterwards. But I am sure that by the end of winter I will be used to it, and then the snow will be gone.. Crazy, just crazy.
