CANNOT BELIEVE THAT I HAVE GAINED ALMOST ALL MY WEIGHT BACK. SO DISSAPOINTING, puzzling because my measurements are almost the same. Have not been on the scale in 4 months. I am determined to get back on track for real or a whole year has been for nothing. I have been afraid to get on the scale for good reason.
