It's the new year, and I'd like to lose 10 lbs and maintain it! I'm not fat, but I'm not as thin as I would like. Especially if I'm going to try to keep the weight off if I have a child.

I used to be really diligent about what I ate, but I've gotten more lax over the years, and age isn't helping!!
