Stop it. The up side to starting fresh (yes, there is one) is that the weight flies off the first couple days of being back on track. My weight spikes every weekend after my alcohol & foodfest, sometimes more than others, but it always comes back down. You know what you have to do.

It's on like Donkey Kong!!! Kat's right! We both can do this...we did it before and we'll do it again! Just keep moving forward. :-)
