I'm happy for now to stay at or under 134lbs. I record what I eat every day but I'm not up tight about staying where I am. I would like to go back to 132 lbs. if I can. Should be easier during the Summer.
134.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
