I'm going to have a planned "off plan" weekend. We're going to the coast for a late anniversary get-away. Among the plans is going to an historic restaurant with the best seafood chowder I've ever tasted. So despite the potatoes, I'm going to eat it! And we will probably go wine tasting. And, oh, maybe I'll eat some seafood fried in batter. We'll see. I'm a little worried just because sometimes if I eat carbs (like having gnocchi in Venice) I pay for it in stomach aches. I have gotten away with lightly fried calamari a couple of times though over the year. It is really the chowder that has me in a tizzy. But I'll order a cup, not a bowl and it WILL BE FINE. Because I say so. SMIB LOL
