is it better to weigh in on Friday or Monday, lets face it whatever those scales say on Friday your gonna have a blow out at the weekend, if a good result you deserve a treat right, if a bad result you can always start afreash on the Monday and if you are an emotional eater you have no hope right! but if you are worried about weigh in on the Monday is this gonna make you behave? I wonder if Tuesday would be better. Then again if you have had a bad weekend, will you starve yourself on the Monday?
So what do you think is the best day of the week to have a weigh in day on, that is if you dont weigh in everyday?
