For you low-carbers who have a hankering for bread, look up "carb free cloud Bread" on food.com. It's made from eggs and cream cheese. You can skip using any sweetener. There are many helpful suggestions with the recipe about using it, keeping it, and what to do if it fails. (Sorry I cannot put up a link from the device I'm using.)
