good afternoon! lost a pound! ate with my son last night at steak n shake. had a spicy chipotle grilled chicken sandwich which i had to make the recipe for on FS. it was high in calories but i hadnt time to eat so i had them to spare. i counted the whole sandwich even though i didnt eat much of the bun or anything else on the sandwich except cheese. i ate some almonds to replace the calories plus they are better for me. also, couldnt work out yesterday but im glad because my muscles needed a rest. gonna do my bootcamp before work.
