Cheat day, yesterday. It was nice to have chocolate, bread and cider, but I feel guilty. Despite this, I've lost 1/2 stone from my previous weight (150lbs), and will record a weight by next week, hopefully. I don't want to update a gain just because my weight has been fluctuating. Still on my goal of 125lbs. I don't get why it should be so hard :( Anyway, lots of exercise today and low carb, high protein is the plan for the next two weeks or so until another (probably forced!) cheat day.
