Past 2 days of Exercise:
1. 1 Hour Weights. 2. 2 Hours Dancing Lessons Intermediate 3. 1 Hour Yoga.
1. 1 Hour Weights 2. 1 Hour Martial Arts 3. 1 Hour Running
At 245 this morning steady I think the increased exercise is working.
Eating is same, eating a tad bit more due to the energy expenditure but using meal replacement drinks (Soylent) of 400kcal in between meals. (4 meals total).
I am back to where I was when I Was 23, the lowest I ever remember being...
Now it's time to push past that. I have a ton more muscle and stamina than I did at that age...and motivation. Next goal: 235 (want to be 200)
