Back on site - Need to track my food intake as it seems like I don't mentally register the food I'm eating otherwise. Or somehow it's not "real"? Grazing has been my downfall lately. I'm also doing an overdue whole-house purge of old papers, outmoded equipment and "stuff" and that gets emotional at times, leading to medicating with carbs. Doing that doesn't actually make me feel any better, so I don't know why I do it. Letting go of the past (represented by these old things I'm removing) is supposed to help move one's life forward so...I'm waiting. Where is that epiphany? Maybe I'm still too much in the thick of the project.
