Good morning buddies, another week is upon us. A busy week for me, that's for sure!

I had a good weekend, not necessarily for calorie deficits but good nonetheless. I had a few frozen margaritas Saturday night. I found them to be insanely sweet and (in my opinion) not worth the calories I spent on them. The good news is I didn't catch a buzz and turn the leftovers into a buffet as one so often does after a few drinks. Before the dinner and drinks I had spent the day checking out some new hiking trails with my husband so I broke even Saturday. Sunday was good, but my fitbit showed a really low calorie burn/step day. Not sure why. I also did have it off for a while when I was in the pool. I think my deficit should have been fairly decent.

This is the last week before the kids return to school. Yikes! I haven't done any school shopping so I've got to do a little of that. Friday is going to be a combination of me trying to get my pre-clinical prep work done and running the kids to their orientations. That's going to be a beast. Look at me worrying about problems before they occur. What else is new ;)

Today I need to finish up some homework that is due tomorrow, clean my house, budget my bank account, and find a way to get some activity in. Oh, and learn how to handle life one day at a time lol.

Have a great day buddies!

Yes, sometimes I slow it down to one hour or one minute at a time if the day seems too big! Mindfulness helps...you are a rock star!

Sounds like a good weekend! I do the worry about things before they occur thing too and it drives my hubby nuts, and unfortunately my kids have gotten that bad habit from me too. I think mom's are more prone to it though. :) Today will be a busy day, so just try to focus on each thing as it comes and get it done. Enjoy your day!!
