I have been sooooo hungry lately! So this high protein, high fat breakfast will hopefully feel more satiated today. Tofu scramble, baked beans, quinoa and avocado. 435 calories.

This meal did not disappoint! I stayed full. And only needed a salad and potato later in the evening.
