200 is ok for me , walking 2 mile every other day and doing weights and water aerobics , swimming and hot tub. back and legs are a problem but better than playing golf three times a week.
200.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
