Back to work and going to redo the workout from June. Started eating like I used to and here we go.

938 kcal Fat: 18.13g | Prot: 54.66g | Carb: 119.59g.   Breakfast: super pump 250, all bran fiber drink, Chocolate Chip Vitamuffins. Lunch: fat free refried beans, weight watcher mexican cheese, mission. Dinner: Ice Cream Bars - Giant Cookies & Cream, Napoli Sundried Tomato, Marinade for Chicken, asparagus spears , white wine, skinless chicken breast perdue. Snacks/Other: America's Best 94% Fat Free Microwave Popcorn, pure protein. more...
