Note to self - try cooking cauliflower in the oven ala Darya Pino's recipe. Maybe if that head of cauliflower dying in my fridge isn't totally dead I can try this. Who am I kidding? It is probably dead. But I'm def headed to Whole Foods tomorrow as they are having a one day $8.99 troll-caught Coho sale. Planked salmon and roasted cauliflower for dinner tomorrow sounds fab (and friends are visiting).

Hey hun, let me know how the cauliflower comes out. I am trying to brouden my veggie intake and haven't gotten to cauliflower yet. Enjoy the dinner.

Oh my goodness, I love cauliflower in all its forms... but that recipe is really lovely. I and my guests praised it to the skies. Cedar planked, troll-line Coho Salmon for dinner was amazing. The Coho season is starting, yay. I love California.
