Another week goes by. I forgot to weigh-in this morning. Tomorrow I hope. I don't expect to have lost anything.

I've started taking more hormones and my brain fog has cleared up a lot. Makes me wonder how I could live with such low mental energy!

I also made an appt to get a cortisone shot in my tennis elbow next week. I realized that one of the reasons the cauliflower mentioned days ago didn't get cooked is because I am avoiding lifting pans because it hurts. Four months of elbow pain is long enough. :(

Nothing really to report - busy at work and all that. *waves to buddies*
