Back from 2-week holiday in Crete. Had a great time but felt very fat and heavy. So ashamed that wore long swim shorts and tshirt for swimming.
Weight: First day back, weighed 286 lbs, 3 more than when we left. Then 284.4 next day and 283 today. :-)
Exercise: Doing a lot more walking, with car off the road! 11k steps yesterday, walking Callum to school and to the playground for 2 hours afterwards.
Intermittent Fasting: Started 16:8 yesterday, May 9th. Eating only 12 pm-8 pm.
