Non scale victory for the day - stopped eating dinner when I was satisfied. Not because it was gone. Not because it was all the calories I was alloted. Because I was satisfied. It's a process but we're getting there.
So tempted to step on the scale, but im not. I need to focus on eating well, moving more, and trusting the process. Results come from consistency.
I made some egg salad and am coming up with a food plan for work this week. Going to get up a little early so I can get in a quick kettle bell workout before work, since after work is so difficult. Here's to a new week! Good luck everyone.
