My 7th day in a row weighing at 135. Haven’t seen that since pre-Covid! I know weight isn’t everything but it sure feels good when my pants are not so tight anymore. I’ve been cutting back on fried foods and processed things. I’m also trying to avoid empty calories but I do still put creamer in my coffee! I’ve also been drinking or trying to drink 8 glasses of liquids per day. Im also getting up every hour to do my 250+ steps (per Fitbit) and taking a break from the computer screen. When I find time (2 or 3 times a week), I would sneak in a 20 minute session on my mini elliptical. My next goal is 130. I think I can do this!
