I decided it's time to get serious if I want to lose weight. This isn't just to look good for Kathleen's wedding or my wedding. I just feel sluggish, unhealthy, slow, and like my clothes JUST DON'T FIT! I don't want to buy new clothes; I can fit into the ones I already own!

I've been "trying to eat healthy" for a few months now, with not a lot of actual trying. Now I'm going to go for it for real.

Last night I went to a bar for the Badger Game and I did great. I drank Miller 64. Before going, I calculated how many calories I could eat and drink, and I didn't go over. I'm really proud of my self-control and I plan on this week going well too.
143.1 lb Lost so far: 6.9 lb.    Still to go: 23.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
