Looking over my diet I have noticed some things.
I typically eat 25-30 grams of fiber a day, less fat than protein ( in terms of grams) I drink 2.5-3 liters of water a day and most of my Calories come at dinner.
I also am eating dinner and not going to bed for at least 3 hours.
Considering this and the fact that even though I have not been exercising, I continue to lose body fat, something must be working here.
I measure my body fat by using three body metric (circumference measurements) methods and averaging them.
