Sigh...I ate horribly yesterday which is why I have not included what I ate on my calendar(Embarassed!). I am right back on track today and I plan to stop weighing myself too often because I can easily get frustrated if there is a minimal change in the weight. Although I know that it can be water retention amonst other things, I normally beat myself up if there is a gain which is not so good. I need to learn to stop doing that. Yesterday was a setback but I have to learn from it and move on.

It happens to the best of us so no need to be embarrassed! Personally it helps me to log even my most horrible days because it helps me notice trends. For instance I noticed that when I don't eat enough protein or fat then I'm more likely to slip up. Plus if you've slipped and then gotten back on track it says alot about how strong you are.

I would log it no matter how embarrassed I was, we all go through it and no one will judge you. It helps you see patterns in your eating. You are back on track so be proud.
