It would be very interesting to see the percentage of time I have spent in my life thinking about weight.
The cycles I go through, and the incredibly sophisticated way I either make myself feel great for losing weight or make myself feel miserable for gaining weight are astounding.
As I have been on this latest journey, (5.5 years and counting now.) I have been working hard to smooth those highs and lows out. I have been doing pretty well, but I have to say, I truly work at it everyday.
