I exercise daily. Twice a week, I do Body Pump, exercising with weights for an hour. I have moved from 5 pound weights to 15-20 pound weights. Because I am building muscle, my weight has increased, but my clothes sizes have gone from size 16 to size 12. Some size 12's are to large. My trainer said, this is why I am not showing a weight lost yet!
