Attenuate's Journal, 24 June 2009

My life has sort flat-lined in the way of things moving forward. I haven't got a job, my BFF is living on the other end of the country, and due to it being summer I'm not in any classes. Can we say bored? So I figured that I could take this unoccupied time in my life to get my body back to the way it once was....

After the day is all said and done, I feel pretty positive about what I've accomplished. I did an amazing 30min. cardio-pilates today! I was pouring sweat. Then I ended up doing 2 mi, running about a third of it. I feel good.

No job? Yikes! I hope you have a means of supporting yourself or adequate savings. That being said, using this time to get in shape is probably a good idea. Jogging, home calisthenics and a variety of other exercises are all free so you don't need to worry about diminishing your savings either. Good luck with the job hunt and the body sculpting. The community here is very friendly and helpful so you should be able to find support and advice whenever you ask! :)
