I gained 4 and a half lbs over Thanksgiving and Christmas..I am on day 11 of a low carb diet and I ve lost 5 lbs..so hopefully I am back on track.
158.0 lb Lost so far: 107.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
