I've been yo-yo dieting my whole life. Now I'm paying the price. My metabolism is the big issue. I've lost 30 pounds since starting last year but I'm currently stuck. I exercise at least 1 hour every day and I keep my calories under 1500. I make poor food choices though; I'm a carb lover for sure. I saw a plan on Dr. Phil called the 17-day Diet that is supposed to be a plateau breaker. I think it's worth giving a 17-day try since I have the book and the food is inexpensive and straight forward. I'm starting Monday. I'm not even sure if one is allowed to start a diet on a different day than Monday :-)
