Well back at the gym and loving it. I feel in a runt but it looks as if I am back and feel great about this. lost another pound and in a half today I feel so better when I am doing good. I just do not understand why I fall???????? I mean I feel so bad and down when I srew upa nd then it see,s hard to get back in to it. But o nce I am in I love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Love this feeling :) I wish I knew how to get that little weight bar that I see others have.

Congrat's on the pound banished forever! You can get a weight loss ticker to show by going to My FatSecret, then look for the My ToolBox box along the right side of the page. Click on My Signature. When that comes up, just scroll down and you'll see a box to check if you want a weight loss bar/ticker to show. Don't forget to click "save" at the bottom of that page!! Then you're all set!

Hey there - great job on the lost pounds, good for you!! If I can offer any thing for you it is this, if you screw up get over it fast & move on by getting back on track right away. Like if you "screw up" and have something for lunch you don't think you should have, it is important to remember you did great for breakfast & will do great for supper. The longer you feel good about yourself the better!! About that little weight bar - go to Your FatSecret and edit your signature. There is a little checkbox for the ticker. Good luck & good choices are what you are all about!!
