Reasonably back on track. Hopefully momentum will be gained. Being honest with food tracking is certainly helping. 200 cals a cookie each. Cutting down on cookies now. Just didn't realize just how bad some food can be. I guess ignorance is bliss.
228.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
