For the past 5 months I had no exercise what so ever, was on a see food diet and drank very little water - the result gained 6kgs.

Weight 88.6kgs, Waist measures 43 inches, Shirt size 18, Pant size 20

I need to get off my see food diet, drink at least 2L of water a day and Re-start my daily walks.

Goal by end of this year:
Weight 80kgs, Waist measures 40 inches, Shirt size 16, Pant size 18.
