I have been doing so poorly on my diet and I can tell in the way I look and feel. I feel lethargic, my face is broken out, and I just don't look as well as I should. I haven't been sleeping that well either. This past month has been brutal. There was a death in my family, which resulted in me spending an unexpected week in the south being force fed fried chicken and cake. (Seriously, my southern grandmother could give a crap about dieting and I didn't have the heart to refuse the woman burying her grandchild (my cousin).)

Then I came back for a week to finish pack up my apartment and move to a new place in a city closer to my job. The combination of stress, balancing work, financial strain, not enough time to get everything done, a IBS flare up, etc, I ate whatever I could tolerate and was easy. And I'm still comfort eating. I'm working on slowly reducing the number of calories and improving the quality of the calories I'm eating. I'll start back on a structured diet next Tuesday. I think I'm joining Weight Watchers at Work at that time since we do have it at my job so it's super convenient to get to and weight in and whatnot. I do like the idea of Weight Watchers having a community offline as well as online. I'm going to go to the meeting this afternoon to see if it's for sure something I'd be interested in. Weight Watchers was how I originally lost 100 pounds when I was in my late teens so I do know it works. It's just a matter of them changing to another hard to calculate plan like they did a few years ago.

Anyway, I haven't weighed and probably won't until next Tuesday. So, expect a pretty significant gain at that point. I know I am...
