Well I blew it and I do not see how . I gain over night 2.6 pounds. ??? I did really really good. I drink a lot of water and tea yesterday hope it is water weight. MY legs are a little swollen today. BUt the scale did not look good at all.

hang in there! water weight is a "funny" thing.

No, I don't think you blew it. GG and you are both right...could be water weight. This little uptick is only about 1% of your weight, so it could also be part water and part just normal daily variation. Keep logging everything and staying the course and this should resolve itself in a day or two. I know that's not nearly fast enough, but this is how you learn how your body normally reacts to things. Try your best to focus on planning menus for the upcoming week or something OTHER THAN the number on the scale. It's hard to do, but try...

you know what i do?. i put everything i eat into fs before i eat it. and try to eat the same things everyday for now. it's working for me, and it might work for you. hang in there buddy. you can do this!

Sandy is right -- coupled with water retention and regular, typical daily fluctuation, it is likely what happened.

These fluctuation happen and are part of the way every person's body acts...that is why I only weigh once a week...the fluctuations were driving me nuts. The weight fluctuations depend on how much food is still in the tummy, the water, hormones (pre TOM), lots of things. If you are doing well and are following the WOE, then don't fret the gain...it'll be gone in a day or two!
