hmmm trying to understand why when I try and do RR
that the nagging I'm doing nothing cause me to feel like I'm wrong ,,,
any ways I'm doing pretty much nothing but laying around and napping and watching TV of & on

knee feeling much better I still do daily exercising knee beens stretches exc and I go to the gym every other day ,, but I do need to go back to the mall and do walking cause most to the Singer is focus on the knee ,, thanks so much Deb ... sweet gal you are God bless ya much <3 sweet dreams <3
